How to prepare your files, or simply leave it to us by requesting our Design & Layout Service

  1. For all 4-colour work, please supply CMYK files at 400 dpi. A lower dpi means a lower resolution, which will in turn produce blurry images. Files supplied as RGB must be converted to CMYK in order to print them. The process of conversion always changes the colours used – sometimes slightly, sometimes significantly. Please note, the image you see on screen does not necessarily represent the final printed result.
  2. If you order a proof, it will be printed on a alternative stock to one of your choice, different from your finished product. This proof is a guide for content only as colour will vary on different printed materials. Only if you return the proof to us as a form of approval we will try to match the colours as closely as possible.
  3. Please ensure all fonts used are embedded or outlined as applicable.

  6. Alternatively you can use a site such as which allows the transfer of multiple files up to 2GB.
